We are looking for Incident Management foran immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will haveregular interactions with various client managers.



Responsibilities:

Responsible for in scope Event Mgmt. Request Mgmt.Incident Mgmt.

First level resolution and triaging proactiveproblem management as per the defined guidelines and instructions in the SOPs Runbooks

Responsible for Access Management and standardchange execution

Follow and comply with defined ITIL Health Check

Floor Management processes

Provide regular and meaningful updates andcommunications to client stakeholders and Team Lead management

Perform activities mentioned in KRA

Position summary based on defined guidelines inSOPs Runbooks with business impact understanding
Adherence to customer security and compliance requirements
