About the Opportunity

A private investment platform focused on software and technology-enabled businesses is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Associate to help accelerate growth across a portfolio of high-potential companies.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work alongside executive teams and operating partners, influencing marketing strategy and execution across multiple businesses simultaneously. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on operator, helping organizations strengthen demand generation, optimize web performance, modernize marketing systems, and build scalable growth engines.

Rather than being measured by campaign activity or deliverables, your success will be tied directly to business outcomes-improving qualified pipeline, increasing conversion rates, and driving measurable revenue impact.



What You'll Do



Shape and Elevate Digital Growth Strategies

  • Evaluate existing demand generation programs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
  • Develop scalable digital marketing strategies for companies building their programs from the ground up.
  • Translate growth objectives into actionable channel plans with clear pipeline and ROI targets.
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing leaders, providing ongoing guidance and performance recommendations.


Improve Website Performance & Conversion

  • Assess websites from a growth, user experience, technical, and conversion perspective.
  • Identify opportunities to improve messaging, conversion paths, SEO fundamentals, site architecture, page speed, and lead capture experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to prioritize and execute optimization initiatives.
  • Work directly within CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar environments to diagnose issues and validate improvements.


Build Scalable Marketing Operations

  • Review and optimize marketing technology ecosystems to support business growth.
  • Configure and enhance CRM, automation, analytics, CMS, and reporting platforms.
  • Improve lead management processes, including routing, scoring models, lifecycle stages, and sales handoff workflows.
  • Implement integrations, automations, and emerging AI-driven solutions that streamline operations and increase effectiveness.


Drive High-Impact Campaign Execution

  • Provide strategic oversight across paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, email marketing, and nurture programs.
  • Advise on audience targeting, campaign structure, budget allocation, creative alignment, and landing page performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Ensure measurement and attribution are incorporated into campaigns from inception.


Strengthen Reporting & Attribution

  • Design and refine attribution frameworks that connect marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Ensure analytics, CRM, tracking, and automation systems provide accurate and actionable reporting.
  • Troubleshoot tracking gaps, reporting inconsistencies, and attribution challenges across platforms.
  • Support executive-level reporting with meaningful insights into marketing performance and growth trends.


Create Repeatable Growth Playbooks

  • Identify successful tactics, technologies, and operational frameworks that can be applied across multiple businesses.
  • Establish best practices and benchmarks that improve consistency and drive long-term value creation throughout the portfolio.

Who We're Looking For



Required Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations within B2B software, technology-enabled services, or similar industries.
  • Demonstrated success improving website performance and conversion outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or comparable tools.
  • Strong knowledge of website platforms, marketing analytics, SEO, and tag management systems.
  • Experience developing and optimizing paid and organic acquisition programs tied to measurable business results.
  • Ability to build, troubleshoot, and improve attribution and tracking systems.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline creation, efficiency, and revenue growth.


Preferred Background

  • Experience working with high-growth, private equity-backed, or founder-led businesses.
  • Consulting, agency, operating partner, or portfolio-facing experience supporting multiple organizations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation technologies.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-moving environments.
