UBS-Banker aus Frankfurt wechselte zu schwedischem Konkurrenten und erhält dicke Beförderung

Nicht nur die Credit Suisse verliert Banker. Auch die UBS hat in Frankfurt einen Banker verloren – der allerdings hat keine Angst vor der Fusion, sondern schlicht und einfach ein besseres Angebot.

Adrien Lan war acht Jahre lang bei der UBS in London und Frankfurt tätig, zuletzt als Head of Global MTNs (medium term notes) der Bank. Zuvor war er bei der RBS, wo er ebenfalls als globaler Global Head of MTNs tätig war.

Jetzt wechselt Lan zur SEB und wird dort Global Head of SSA (Supranational, Sovereigns and Agencies) Syndicate. Er sitzt weiterhin in Frankfurt.

Lan ist nicht der einzige wichtige Neuzugang im Debt-Team der SEB. Die schwedische Bank holte im März Linda Ågren vom schwedischen Konkurrenten Swedbank als Head of Loan Syndicate and Sales in Stockholm. Ågren kommt von der Swedbank, wo sie neun Monate lang Head of Private Equity war.
