Senior Knowledge Management Associate

We are looking for a Senior Knowledge Management Associate to join or global Knowledge Management team with a strong focs on Simon-Kcher Elevate and Simon-Kcher Engine.

In this role, yo will combine hands-on content sanitization responsibilities with core knowledge management activities, spporting or digital conslting and software bsinesses with high-qality, compliant, and easily accessible knowledge assets.
Yo will work closely with Elevate and Engine stakeholders across geographies and teams, contribte to reqest-driven knowledge spport, and help strctre, maintain, and connect knowledge across digital growth, technology, analytics, software soltions, and implementation topics. Yo will help ensre that relevant expertise, project experience, methodologies, and soltion knowledge can be fond and resed efficiently across the firm.

The role reports to the Global Director Knowledge Management and offers broad exposre across service lines, prodcts, and firm-wide KM initiatives.

How yo will create an impact: Knowledge management Sector spport

Act as a key Knowledge Management contact for Simon-Kcher Elevate and Simon-Kcher Engine, providing reqest-driven knowledge spport to consltants, prodct and soltion teams, and other stakeholders.

Spport colleages in navigating and applying KM processes and tools, inclding SharePoint and ChatGPT-based knowledge soltions.

Own and maintain selected Elevate and Engine knowledge prodcts and repositories, ensring strong content hygiene, version control, relevance, and sability.

Help strctre and connect knowledge across topics sch as digital strategy, digital sales, digital marketing, digital pricing, advanced analytics, technology, software soltions, and implementation.

Spport the captre and rese of project experience, methodologies, credentials, case examples, soltion materials, and other resable knowledge assets.

Develop and maintain knowledge maps, taxonomies, and strctred content that make Elevate and Engine capabilities, expertise, and experience easier to find and nderstand.

Proactively identify knowledge gaps, dplication, and opportnities to improve the way knowledge is captred, organized, and resed.

Collaborate closely with Elevate and Engine teams and global KM colleages to increase the findability, sability, and adoption of relevant knowledge assets.

Collaboration & enablement

Commnicate clearly and professionally with consltants and stakeholders across levels.

Contribte to continos improvement of KM processes, standards, and tools.

Take on additional KM or sanitization-related tasks as needed within the team.

Content sanitization & qality assrance

Complete and apply firm-specific sanitization standards for text, visals, and metadata.

Sanitize project materials (primarily PowerPoint and Word), ensring removal of client-sensitive content and compliance with firm templates and visal gidelines.

Ensre high accracy, consistency, and qality of all sanitized deliverables.

Track and incorporate feedback, continosly improving qality and efficiency.

Yor profile:

3-5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, conslting spport, research, or a related role.

Strong bsiness-level commnication skills in English and German.

Experience working with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and content-heavy knowledge environments.

High attention to detail and strong qality mindset, particlarly when handling sensitive client content.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle parallel reqests.

Clear, soltion-oriented commnication style and strong stakeholder management skills.

Interest in or exposre to Financial Services and Telco, Media and Technology topics is a strong advantage.
