Job Description

We are searching for an Agile Coach with a strategic and hands-on transformation leader mindset, responsible for improving the effectiveness of Agile product organizations across multiple business domains and teams. The role provides leadership and coaching to Scrum Masters, Product teams, and leaders, driving measurable improvements in delivery, collaboration, agility, and business outcomes.

Beyond fostering Agile practices, the Agile Coach evaluates organizational maturity, identifies systemic improvement opportunities, promotes pragmatic standards, facilitates large-scale collaboration and planning sessions, and supports the implementation of OKRs to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. The role works closely with other Agile Coaches to continuously evolve the organization's operating model, delivery capabilities, and ways of working.

Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Coaching

Lead and coach multiple Scrum Masters across several business and technology domains.
Develop Scrum Master capabilities through mentoring, coaching, training, and communities of practice.
Establish a high-performance coaching culture focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Help leaders and teams apply Agile principles pragmatically to achieve business results.
Act as a senior advisor to executives, managers, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads on Agile operating models and organizational effectiveness.

Organizational Effectiveness & Maturity Improvement

Assess Agile maturity at team, area, and organizational levels.
Identify systemic bottlenecks, inefficiencies, dependencies, and organizational impediments.
Define and implement pragmatic improvement roadmaps based on measurable business needs.
Evaluate effectiveness beyond Agile metrics, including value delivery, predictability, quality, flow, stakeholder satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Establish continuous improvement mechanisms to elevate delivery performance across teams and domains.

Agile Standards & Ways of Working

Collaborate with other Agile Coaches in the framework of the Agile Foundations Team and Ways of Working product to evolve Agile frameworks, standards, playbooks, and governance models.
Promote consistency where it creates value while preserving team autonomy and flexibility.
Drive pragmatic standardization across teams and areas.
Simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy.
Ensure Agile practices remain outcome-focused and adapted to organizational realities.

OKR-Leadership & Strategic Alignment

Lead OKR adoption and maturity across business and technology teams.
Facilitate strategy-to-execution alignment through OKR frameworks.
Support leadership teams in defining meaningful Objectives and measurable Key Results.
Facilitate quarterly planning and OKR review sessions.
Establish and monitor cross-team and cross-area OKRs.
Identify and manage dependencies impacting achievement of strategic outcomes.
Help teams shift from output measurement to outcome-based delivery.

Facilitation & Collaboration

Facilitate large-scale workshops, planning events, value stream mapping sessions, retrospectives, and strategy workshops.
Design and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions involving business and technology stakeholders.
Facilitate alignment across multiple teams, products, domains, and leadership groups.
Support organizational decision-making by enabling structured collaboration and transparency.

Transformation & Change Leadership

Lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple organizational areas.
Drive cultural and behavioral change supporting product-centric and outcome-driven ways of working.
Help leaders navigate organizational complexity and change.
Promote collaboration between Agile Communities of Practice.
Act as a change agent focused on sustainable and measurable improvement.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

10+ years of experience in Agile, Product, Delivery, or Transformation environments.
5+ years of experience coaching Scrum Masters and Agile teams at scale.
Proven experience supporting multiple teams, products, and organizational areas simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience leading Agile transformation initiatives within large enterprises.
Strong track record of delivering measurable organizational improvements.

Strategic & Operational Experience

Experience evaluating and improving Agile maturity models.
Experience defining and implementing organizational improvement roadmaps.
Experience designing Agile operating models, governance approaches, and delivery frameworks.
Experience facilitating executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
Experience driving OKR adoption and outcome-based operating models.

Industry Experience (Highly Desirable)

Experience within Reinsurance, Insurance, Financial Services, or other complex regulated environments.
Understanding product operating models, portfolio management, and transformation programs.
Ability to connect business strategy with product and delivery execution.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Master's degree preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, ICAgile or equivalent)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent
- OKR Coaching Certification

Main working language(s):

Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.

Other languages:

French is highly desirable.
Additional European languages are considered an asset.
