You are a creative thinker and focused executioner with a passion for marketing and events, bringing experience in marketing project management and event planning in the B2B sector. In this role, you will drive the presence of Bain & Company and focus on increasing our awareness among senior executives and high-value business communities on topics relevant across clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As part of the Market Reputation Team DACH, you will shape Bain's perception as the leading consulting partner to ambitious business leaders, working closely with Bain leadership and our marketing team around the globe.



As a Specialist, you will develop and support executing marketing activities across various channels, with a dedicated focus on event planning and implementation. This includes working with event management tools and CRM, invitation management, and coordination with internal stakeholders as well as external cooperation partners and event providers. Furthermore, you'll provide on-going support to key stakeholders, collaborating with other teams, and helping us to continuously improve and innovate.



Your Responsibilities:

• Events: Plan, coordinate and execute thought-leadership events, 3rd party partnerships, own hosted events and webinars.


• Event management tools and marketing automation: Using platforms and tools throughout the event lifecycle, including building mailing lists, managing invitations and registrations, and creating digital assets (e.g. landing pages, Email-header, etc.).


• Digital Marketing and Social Media: Support and coordinate development of compelling written and visual content, specifically related to events.


• Work collaboratively with EMEA and global Marketing to ensure alignment with Bain's brand and messaging and achieve Bain Marketing's overarching goals.


• Track Market Reputation KPIs and performance to optimize effectiveness and inform strategic planning


• Be a marketing thought-leader; bring innovation to improve marketing programs, campaigns tools and processes.


• This role is based in Munich.

ABOUT YOU




What you bring:

• 3-5 years of B2B Marketing & Event experience in professional services, agency or company environment.


• Demonstrated proficiency in planning, coordination and execution of events formats such as own hosted events, 3 rd party cooperations, webinars and speaker's engagement at conferences.


• Demonstrated proficiency and willingness to further develop your skills in Marketing Automation and Event Management Tools, as well as CRM.


• First experience in coordinating further B2B marketing projects and campaigns end-to-end.


• Written and spoken fluency in both German and English.


• A client-focused mindset and ability to liaise with senior management stakeholders.


• Ability to understand marketing objectives, priorities, and strategies - both for the local offices and industry practices.


• Ability and willingness to promote and expand the use of AI within the Market Reputation Team.


• Strong organizational skills, creativity, pro-activeness, and a team-oriented mindset.


• A growth-mindset with a focus on impact and the dedication to thrive for innovation.


• Resilience and ability to perform in a fast paced and ambitions environment.


• Readiness for occasion-related travel within DACH-Region.

Additional experience appreciated:

• Technical proficiency in handling event tools: Cvent, Marketo, and Cortex (CRM).


• Experience working for Swiss and Austrian markets.


• Experience in collaboration with agencies and external service providers.


• Experience with Alumni programs.

Qualifications:



Bachelor / Master degree (preferred) in business / marketing / communications / social sciences.
