We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Victoria Park on a temporary basis, covering leave for around 6/7 weeks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy recruitment environment, is confident managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders, and can hit the ground running.

The Role

• Managing job advertisements across job boards and other recruitment channels
• Reviewing applications and conducting initial candidate screening
• Proactively sourcing candidates across a range of platforms
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
• Conducting reference checks and coordinating pre-employment requirements
• Coordinating medicals, police clearances and other compliance documentation
• Preparing employment contracts, variation letters and associated documentation
• Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees
• Supporting new starter inductions and mobilisation requirements
• Working closely with payroll to ensure new starters, terminations and employee changes are processed accurately

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration, with the confidence to manage recruitment processes from advertising through to onboarding.

• Previous recruitment or HR coordination experience
• Strong candidate management and communication skills
• Confidence working with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, particularly across contracts and compliance documentation
• A professional approach to handling confidential information
