An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Opal Packaging Plus customer service team based in Truganina.

If you are someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone to get things sorted, takes direction well, and picks up new systems easily, this is the role for you!

What you'll be doing -

• Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, building strong relationships, and addressing queries promptly with a true problem-solving mindset.
• Accurately entering and managing sales orders, updating pricing in ERP systems, handling sample requests, and collaborating closely with the sales team.
• Monitoring back orders and stock movements, actioning complaint resolutions, and processing credit documentation or product returns.
• Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as data entry of supplier invoices, payment allocation and reconciliation and pallet coordination.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:

• At least 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales support environment with a natural inclination to empathise, ask questions, and solve problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, phone-friendly attitude to resolve issues directly.
• Solid Excel skills and ability to learn new systems easily.
• Curiosity, be keen to learn, meticulously organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Truganina during standard office hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
