Your new role
As the Change Manager, you will lead the end-to-end change management strategy for a major ERP implementation while supporting broader business integration activities following recent and upcoming acquisitions.Working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, project teams, and external consulting partners, you will be responsible for designing and delivering change initiatives that drive engagement, readiness, adoption, and long-term business outcomes across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the change management program for a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Develop and execute change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support integration initiatives resulting from recent and future acquisitions.
- Partner with project teams, business leaders, and external consultants to drive successful change outcomes.
- Identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Design and deliver training, engagement, and adoption activities.
- Measure change effectiveness and provide ongoing reporting to key stakeholders.
- Foster a positive culture change and support business readiness across multiple locations and regions.
- Proven experience delivering change management programs within large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Previous experience supporting ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Pronto, TechnologyOne, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
- Experience developing communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously in a standalone Change Manager role.
- Exposure to merger, acquisition, or integration programs will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
