With a collaborative culture and a commitment to technology-driven service delivery, they continue to invest in modern workplace technologies to support their people and business operations.Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their Sydney-based IT team, providing high-quality support across a fast-paced and professional environment.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience providing Level 1/2 desktop support within a Windows environment

Knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and remote access technologies

Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

Understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and end-user support best practices

Knowledge of VoIP, mobile, and internet technologies

Exposure to networking equipment including switches, routers, and patch panels

Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) and meeting room technologies

Familiarity with ITIL processes and Change Management principles

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and provide exceptional user support
