Aufgaben

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
Define, implement, and maintain CRM development standards based on best practices and governance frameworks
Configure the CRM system, build workflows and automations, and integrate third-party applications and services
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal operation
Document system architecture, configurations, and data flows to support efficient handovers and sustainable knowledge sharing

Profil

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong expertise in CRM system configuration, including workflows, user management, data imports, SQL, and security settings
Experience working with integration tools and APIs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to resolving system and process-related challenges
Proactive communicator with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
