About Us
At KPMG Belgium, professionals will be part of a collaborative team supporting clients through complex transformations and transaction-driven change.
The M&A landscape is evolving at an unprecedented pace. Organizations are increasingly required to separate or integrate to enable growth, divest non-core activities, or unlock value. These decisions often require organizations to rapidly design and implement operating models that can function independently or in an integrated setup.

The Integration & Separation team at KPMG Belgium, part of Deals & Strategy, supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle through several key service offerings, including:
The Integration & Separation team is currently seeking to expand its delivery capacity. The role involves being part of a team that advises executive-level clients on complex integration and separation challenges, supporting them in translating transaction objectives into clear assessments, actionable recommendations, and execution plans.
The role contributes to the delivery of high-quality analyses and client-ready deliverables across both integration and separation assessments and execution phases. Day-to-day basis activities include coordinating with functional stakeholders, analyzing data, preparing structured deliverables, and supporting execution governance. In practice, this involves contributing to assessment reports, standalone or target operating model designs, execution roadmaps, PMO trackers, and Steering Committee materials, with a strong focus on accuracy, structure, and consistency. Involvement spans the full project lifecycle, from assessment and design to PMO support, execution coordination, and implementation follow-up. As clients are based both nationally and internationally, flexibility regarding working location and travel is required.
The role offers broad exposure to transactions, multiple industries, and senior stakeholders, with opportunities to develop deep expertise in integration and separation delivery.
