Account Manager - Treasury Solutions (DACH)

About the role

As a Account Manager - Treasury Solutions , you will play a key role in driving growth across the DACH region by selling FIS treasury management solutions to mid-market corporates. You will support senior sales colleagues while developing your own pipeline, building client relationships, and contributing to new business acquisition in a fast-growing fintech environment.

About the team

You will be part of a high-performing sales team focused on delivering treasury and risk management solutions to corporate clients across Europe. The team collaborates closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver tailored solutions and support clients through the full sales lifecycle.

What you will be doing

• Support and develop new business opportunities across mid-market corporates in the DACH region
• Manage elements of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and finance stakeholders
• Position FIS Treasury Management System (TMS) solutions to address client needs
• Work closely with senior sales executives and internal stakeholders to progress deals and drive revenue
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM tools
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor landscape, and treasury transformation initiatives

What you will need

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales to corporate clients
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Exposure to financial technology, treasury, or corporate banking solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluency in German and English

Added bonus if you have

• Experience selling or supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Knowledge of cash management, liquidity, or treasury workflows
• Experience working with mid-market corporates across DACH
