In this role, yo will learn to translate complex bsinesschallenges into clear prodct reqirements and scalable featres within orSaaS applications. Working closely with experienced Prodct Managers, ProdctOwners, clients, and technical teams, yo will contribte to the prodctdevelopment and release lifecycle - from nderstanding ser needs and definingproblem statements to backlog refinement, delivery, and post-releasevalidation. Yo will have the opportnity to develop yor prodct skills whilehelping s bild soltions that create measrable vale for or clients.

How yo will create an impact:

Spport the translation of bsiness needs into clear and actionable specifications, sch as epics, ser stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Learn to balance prodct strategy, ser needs, and technical constraints and ensre reqirements are clearly nderstood by the relevant teams.

Spport the Prodct Manager in defining clear sprint and release goals and help commnicate priorities and expectations across the relevant teams.

Spport the day-to-day prodct delivery process to help ensre that each sprint delivers meaningfl vale. Work closely with the development team to clarify reqirements, help identify and resolve roadblocks, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Review completed work together with the relevant teams and spport the acceptance process by checking whether fnctionality meets the agreed acceptance criteria and qality standards.

Spport the coordination of non-technical release activities, working with teams sch as Engineering, Operations, Delivery, and Spport to help ensre smooth and sccessfl releases.

Help maintain and continosly improve prodct docmentation, inclding technical docmentation, ser gides, release notes, and marketing materials.

Contribte to the continos improvement of the prodct and development process by sing ser feedback, prodct sage data, and market insights to identify improvements, enhance the ser experience, and ncover new opportnities.
Previos experience with prodct management, agile methodologies, or SaaS prodcts is a pls.

Abot yo:

Yo hold a master's or bachelor's degree in compter science, bsiness, data science or analytics or a related sbject.

Yo have yor first practical experience in Prodct Ownership, Software Development, or Scrm, ideally gained in a real-world environment.

Yo are eager to learn abot the latest technology trends and digital topics, sch as clod technologies, app development, and AI concepts, and yo do not shy away from trying ot new technologies yorself.

Yo are interested in working in agile environments (e.g., Scrm, Kanban) and have a basic nderstanding of how prodcts are developed and delivered in iterative ways.

Yo are eager to learn how to translate bsiness needs into clear reqirements, ser stories, and acceptance criteria, and how to spport the prioritization of a prodct backlog.

Yo have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy breaking down complex challenges into simple, actionable soltions.

Yo are crios abot digital prodcts and technology and are motivated to trn bsiness needs into practical digital soltions.

Yo have strong commnication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different stakeholders, inclding clients, consltants, and technical teams.

Yo have a basic technical nderstanding or a strong interest in software development and are eager to learn how to commnicate effectively with Software Engineering teams.

Yo are flent in English. German or other langages are a strong advantage.

Previos experience in Prodct Management, Prodct Ownership, Agile, or SaaS is a pls.
