Responsibilities:

• Loan administration and operation support for retail / corporate banking
• Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents
• Ensure duly execution of loan documentations and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Input data and limit to mainframe systems
• Co-ordinate with frontline units for providing prestigious services to our customers

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• At least 2 year experience in Banking, preferably in Loan Documentation Department
• Responsible, hard working, and willing to learn
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer applications including Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
• Proficient in Chinese and English word processing
