A market-leading insurer with a strong presence in both general and life insurance, the company is known for its broad product offering and robust risk management capabilities. They are now seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their team and support their continued commitment to strong governance and growth.

Your new role

• Plan and execute internal audit reviews across general and life insurance operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance frameworks
• Identify control gaps and provide practical recommendations to strengthen business processes
• Ensure compliance with GIA (Group Internal Audit) standards and the CAPT methodology during audit reviews.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely remediation
• Collaborate with business units to promote a strong risk and compliance culture across the organisation

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  4+ years of experience in internal audit
  
• 
  Experience with insurance companies is preferred
  
• 
  Ability to analyse data sets through Excel/ other analytic tools
  
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
