Your new role

• Oversee the implementation of digital and policy servicing applications

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within life insurance operations
• Strong understanding of policy or customer service operations
• Familiarity with new business or underwriting operations, workflow automation, and digital process improvement tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
