Job Description:

This is a non-sales customer service role that support our high performing Client Call Centre in life insurance functions. Thorough on-job training will be provided and fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct the post sales call over phone with tailor-made script to our clients in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Handle customer enquiries via hotline and walk-in services
• Meet service standard and KPIs according to internal guidelines and rules
• Conduct various outbound calls with documented protocols
• Liaise with internal departments, channels and customers on replies to enquiries and required documents
• Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Participate in customer service-related projects and provide recommendations to improve work processes and service level of the team

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• 2 years in client service with good knowledge of insurance industry preferred
• Holder of IIQE paper 1, 3 and 5 is preferable (may be obtained during probation)
• Strong team player with positive attitude
• Client-centric with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good PC skills in MS Office
