- Managing repayment schedules and ensuring timely collections from customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and payment histories.
- Communicating effectively with customers to address repayment concerns or queries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments and taking necessary actions.
- Providing regular reports on repayment and collection activities to management.
- Adhering to company policies and compliance standards within the Banking & Financial Services department.
- 1-2 years of experience in repayment, collections, or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
