Cross-border Relationship Manager | Retail Banking

Role Overview:
The purpose of this role is to support the organisation's growth by expanding its client base and managing wealth advisory relationships within the retail banking sector, particularly focusing on the China market. The Relationship Manager will deliver tailored financial services, engage with clients effectively, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in banking or financial services (2+ years)
• Strong network within the China market
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English & Mandarin; Cantonese an advantage
• Degree holder in Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Basic PC skills
• Knowledge of RI & TR regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Grow client base and increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through targeted sales activities
• Provide tailored wealth solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals
• Strengthen brand presence via client engagement and outreach
• Deliver holistic, one-stop financial advisory services
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
• 2+ years’ experience in banking or financial services
• Strong network within the China market
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
• Ability to meet RI & TR regulatory standards
• On-site working environment preferred
