We are seeking multiple detail-oriented and responsible Data Center Operations professionals to support on-site operations in the Internet Data Centre (IDC) for one of the world's largest AI and Computing clients.

Your new role

• Perform daily data centre operations, including monitoring, routine inspections, and incident reporting.
• Support on-site duty, shift handover, and real-time monitoring of data centre status and alarms.
• Handle server, hardware, network equipment, and cabling-related issues (rack/stack, patching, fibre/copper, basic troubleshooting).
• Assist with incident response, emergency handling, and escalation to supervisors or engineers according to SOPs.
• Follow work orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and SLA requirements for all operational tasks.
• Support asset inbound/outbound processing, inventory checks, stock control, and warehouse management as needed.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
  
• Associate degree / Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Telecommunications, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in IDC/data centre operations, IT infrastructure support, network/hardware support, facilities coordination, or technical operations is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or junior candidates with strong technical interest may be considered for entry-level technician roles.
• Basic understanding of servers, network equipment, optical fibre, cabling, data centre facilities, or asset management is an advantage.
• Good communication skills; able to work effectively with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Chinese language ability is required; Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills will be beneficial.
