Job Summary:

The Tech Product Owner is responsible for a defined application area or product backlog, ensuring that business and technical requirements are translated into well-prioritized delivery work. The role supports day-to-day backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own a single product backlog or a defined feature stream. Gather, analyze, and document requirements from business stakeholders and SMEs. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting business rules.
• Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. Support sprint planning, refinement, review, and release activities.
• Clarify requirements and resolve questions during development and testing. Track issues, risks, and dependencies and escalate appropriately.
• Support UAT, production rollout, and defect triage. Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and support transparency of delivery progress.

Job Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, project delivery, or application support.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and write clear user stories.
• Good understanding of agile delivery and software development processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work with technical teams and handle operational follow-up.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Agile / product / business analysis certification advantageous.
