* Understanding existing code by reverse engineering if documentation is missing.

* Able to debug code to detect issues (Remote Debugging, Asynchronous flows, ...)

* Plan code changes for systems with 24/7 uptime.

Technical skills in ...

* Java 21+

* Spring Boot

* JDBC and Hibernate

* RESTful services

* MySQL

* Docker

* KeyCloak

* Hiera/Puppet (General usage and pipelines, not administration)

* Jenkins (General usage and pipelines, not administration)

* Git/Bitbucket

Social skills ...

* Sharing code with the team (Code-Review)

* Communication (own team, specially product owner, other teams, ...)

* Self-organized (Asking for help, reading documentation, ...)

Knowledge ...

* Secure coding

* Testing (E2E, Integration, Unit)

* Build and Deployment

* At least 5 years in software development
