About the team



The Transfer Agency is a division responsible for Transaction Operations, Processing and associated functions of mutual funds for various clients.



At FIS we provide a service to clients via various channels like Transaction processing, Chat etc. Customer support may include but not limited to Accounts set up, Shareholder data maintenance, overall record keeping.




What you will be doing:

• Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks in multi-client environment.


• Developing strong subject-matter knowledge and being able to assist leadership team as a go-to person for feedback and process expertise during various projects and daily queue management.


• Handling multiple processing priorities to flexibly navigate between the tasks.


• Drafting procedures and training materials, facilitating meetings, and acting as a team lead during manager's absence.


• Taking part in team-based activities such as: team meetings, various group projects and initiatives, assisting in training of new team members and acting as a go-to expert for processing questions.


• Thinking outside the box and applying innovative approach to solve various processing related issues.

What you bring:

• 4 to 6 Year of experience from MF background


• Excellent knowledge of Customer Services; Global mindset (Desirable)


• Ready to work in night shifts (5 days in a week)


• Strong track record of past performance in terms of productivity and quality results.


• Solid knowledge of a complex doc type.


• Ability to manage priorities and clearly communicate on progress and challenges.


• Constant willingness to expand own knowledge and understanding of the functions handled.


• Ability to apply existing procedures, own experience, and knowledge to address wide scope of client requests, incl. those of higher complexity.


• Ability to effectively communicate within and outside own functional team, along with can-do attitude.


• Drive to help others and willingness to solve processing issues of various complexity.


• Good time management and organizational skills.
