Processing Team Leader - Immediate start.

We are currently looking for an Processing Team Leader to join our team based out our Dublin office who is available to start with immediate effect on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This key operational role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processing of premium and claims bordereaux, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submission, validation, and posting of data received from TPAs, MGAs, and coverholders. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling large data sets within a financial or general insurance environment, as well as some team management experience, either in a formal or informal setting. Strong technical capability, advanced Excel and Word skills, and a high level of attention to detail are essential, alongside the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. Experience with Bordereaux systems would be a bonus but are not essential.

- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the BDX team, covering premium and claims BDX
processing. - Oversee correct posting of: Premiums, commissions, and IPT/taxes. Claims paid amounts,
reserves, recoveries, and movements - Liaise closely with the Claims team to resolve issues related to claims bordereaux, paid claims,
reserves, and variances.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling large data sets within a financial or general insurance environment, as well as some team management experience, either in a formal or informal setting.
