Stibbe is looking for an experienced Professional Support Lawyer, effective immediately, for a highly internationally oriented Notary practice.

Our Notary offers a challenging and stimulating working environment for ambitious and driven civil-law notaries. We work for national and international clients and advise on (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financings, IPOs, exits, (de-)spacs and the preparation of general meetings. We also advise on issues regarding corporate governance and new legislation and regulations.

As a Professional Support Lawyer, you work closely with the Knowledge Management and Innovation department and you are the pioneer and driving force behind strengthening and maintaining the knowledge landscape of the notarial practice. You enjoy making knowledge available to our clients through various channels. In consultation with practitioners, you develop a vision of our knowledge landscape and know how to translate it into practice. In that context, you are responsible for setting up, renewing and updating the content on our Knowledge Portal and other internal knowledge systems, and for external substantive expressions of the practice group (such as newsletters and other updates and alerts), quality control, internal training, updating and development of web tools and business support.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with at least four years of relevant work experience (more work experience is an advantage). Knowledge of and experience in legal tech tools and Generative AI is an advantage. You are service-oriented, substantively strong, able to work independently and have attention to detailYou have a fluent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. It is possible to work four days a week.
