How yo will create an impact:

Yo will be an integral part of project teams driving top-line growth for clients, mainly across K and Netherlands projects.

Responsible for the core stages of model development, inclding:Data wrangling and pre-processingMachine learning model development, testing, and implementation.

Yo will analyze and commnicate data insights to project teams to spport strategic decision-making.

The internship offers an opportnity to learn abot commercial strategy conslting in a practical, project-based environment.

Top-performing interns may be offered an entry-level Data Scientist position after completion of the internship.

Yor profile:

Yo have completed both yor VWO and bachelor's degree with above-average stdy reslts in a qantitative field, sch as compter science, engineering, statistics, operational research, data science, or eqivalent experience.

Deep knowledge of Machine Learning, statistical modelling, and NLP techniqes.

Strong programming skills in R and/or Python, with experience in NLP libraries and frameworks.

Exceptional commnication skills to effectively convey complex data insights.

High percentile nmerical, dedctive, and indctive reasoning skills.

A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, commercially agile environment.

A keen interest in commercial strategy and a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong enthsiasm, criosity, and a commitment to achieving the best otcomes.

Internships within the Data Science team sally last arond 4 to 6 months and are designed to expose individals to working on client projects. Interns can expect responsibility from the otset as a valed member of the project team. Throghot yor time at Simon-Kcher, yo will contribte to analysis and reslts and can benefit from working alongside experienced Consltants, Directors, and Partners. To be eligible for the internship, yo mst be enrolled at a niversity and able to work from or Amsterdam office dring the internship period.
