Key Responsibilities:

1. OmniChannel Marketing

• Creation of Channel Marketing plans for all channels (offline and online) nationwide, aligned with brand and sales plans.

2. Joint Business Planning

• Work closely with B2B and B2C Sales Leads to be able to drive value creation and joint KPIs with key channels and merchants to develop strategic and sustainable partnerships.

3. Channel Value Assessment

• Supervise the evaluation of various trade channels to determine their effectiveness in meeting brand and product objectives.
• Lead the Channel Value Assessment team in the quantification of channel value, using metrics such as ROI, customer reach, and engagement.

4. Trade Analytics:

• Head the Trade Analytics team in dissecting sales data, channel performance, and customer behavior to derive actionable insights.
• Drive the utilization of analytics tools and methodologies to forecast trends and inform strategy adjustments.

5. Portfolio Management:

• Direct the Portfolio Management team in the optimization of the brand and product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
• Guide the team in regular portfolio assessments, balancing risks and opportunities, and recommending portfolio adjustments.

6. Regional Operations:

• Manage Area Operations responsible for executing brand and product strategies across various regions.
• Ensure that local market nuances are taken into account in strategy planning and execution, fostering alignment between regional and national objectives.

7. Trade Investment Planning:

• Lead the Trade Investment Planning team in allocating budgets and resources for various brand and product operations.
• Oversee the evaluation of investment effectiveness, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization.

8. Team Management

• Lead Channel development Teams: Enterprise, Territory and Online
• Mentor and develop team leads, set objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

9. Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute brand and product strategies across trade channels, aligning with GCash's broader organizational goals.
• Ensure effective planning and budget allocation for all brand and product operations within the trade marketing scope.

10. Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage actively with internal and external stakeholders to align brand/product operations with the overall objectives of GCash.
• Represent the Brand/Product Operations team in internal meetings and external partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to be able to create value driving sustainable and strategic partnerships.
