About the Role

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer with strong React skills and solid Node.js experience to join our international team working on a global digital product in the sports industry.

📌 This is a future-oriented recruitment process. While we may not have an immediate opening, we're building a network of talented engineers interested in future opportunities with Deloitte. We expect demand to grow in the coming months, so we'd love to get to know great candidates in advance.

The role is primarily frontend-focused, but you'll also contribute to backend services when needed. You'll work on scalable solutions, modern technologies, and real business challenges in collaboration with international teams.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience with React and modern frontend development ⚛
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience
• Very good knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+) 💙
• Experience with Next.js
• Good knowledge of Node.js (NestJS, Express, or similar frameworks)
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
• Understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization 🏗
• Experience building reusable UI components 🧩
• Experience with unit and integration testing (E2E is a plus)
• Basic understanding of backend architecture, databases, and ORMs is a plus
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure application development 🔒
• English at B2 level or higher and fluent Polish 💬

• Build modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Develop new features and improve existing frontend applications
• Collaborate with backend developers and contribute to Node.js services when needed
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend systems
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance
• Translate UI designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to high engineering standards
• Work closely with product and development teams across different countries
