About the department
The Product Data Delivery (PDD) team, part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization, enables the distribution of product data across internal and external channels by delivering reliable data services, reports, and data extracts that support business operations and client needs. The team works closely with the Data Platform Management team, as well as business and technology partners, to ensure product data is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with business requirements. Working in a collaborative global environment, you will have the opportunity to build expertise in product data, reporting technologies, and operational processes while gaining exposure to a wide range of business functions across Franklin Templeton
How you will add value
Core Responsibilities
- You will support day-to-day product data distribution and reporting operations.
- You will process product data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
- You will investigate product data issues and coordinate operational activities.
- You will contribute to delivering high-quality product data and reporting solutions.
- You will support process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will test new solutions supporting product data distribution.
- You will maintain operational documentation.
Strategic Responsibilities
- You will assist implementing capabilities improving product data distribution quality and efficiency.
- You will contribute to reliable and scalable product data delivery services.
- You will build expertise in product data and reporting technologies.

What will help you be successful in this role
Experience, Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial services, data operations, reporting, product data management, or similar operational role.
- Understanding of investment products or the asset management industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Interest in financial data, reporting, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with data management concepts, reporting processes, automation, or AI is beneficial.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic SQL, Alteryx or programming knowledge is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Working hours : Open window (7:00 - 10:00 - 15:30 - 18:30)
Contract : definite time contract for 18 months
