Job Description
About the Role:
You will grow member and student engagement, retention, progression, and guide community growth across the Europe region. You will work with members, students, volunteers, and company partners to deliver an outstanding member experience and strengthen the value proposition of CIMA membership.
You will lead regional programs focused on member engagement, student progression, community management, local events, communications, and strategic partnerships. You will report to the Senior Manager, Europe Markets and use a hybrid work schedule.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: zł 180,000 - zł 205,000

You will lead regional programs focused on member engagement, student progression, community management, local events, communications, and strategic partnerships. You will report to the Senior Manager, Europe Markets and use a hybrid work schedule.
You Will:
Member and Student Engagement
- Grow the Europe member community across digital and in-person channels.
- Manage the Europe Engage365 Community platform, including content planning, volunteer engagement, campaigns, and performance tracking.
- Foster meaningful interactions among members, students, volunteers, and regional leaders.
Membership Progression and Conversion
- Support students and candidates in their progression journeys.
- Process FCMA applications, working with assessors and global membership teams.
- Deliver targeted campaigns to encourage membership, progression, and fellowship upgrades.
Events and Community Building
- Plan and deliver member and student events across Europe. Manage the end-to-end process, including post-event milestones
- Collaborate with volunteers, Regional Engagement Groups, Area Committees, partners, and speakers to create impactful local experiences.
Communications and Content
- Create regular communications for members and students, including social media, newsletters, newsflashes, and campaign emails.
- Promote regional programs, member benefits, professional development opportunities, and mentoring programmes.
Partnerships and Member Benefits
- Manage and expand relationships with external partners delivering member benefits, including recruitment firms, learning providers, and professional services partners.
- Support programs related to mentoring, CPD, career development, leadership development, and recruitment opportunities.
- Identify new member value propositions tailored to local markets.
Qualifications
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in membership organisations, professional associations, higher education, professional development, customer success, or events management.
- Experience engaging and supporting customers, members, students, or professional communities.
- Experience planning and delivering events, webinars, or community programs.
- Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, and community platforms
- Business fluency in English.
