We are crrently looking for detail-oriented and motivated individals to join or Knowledge Management team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportnity to gain hands-on experience, contribte to real project work, and spport or team in content sanitization efforts. Yo'll collaborate with internal project teams to help ensre the qality, consistency, and compliance of client-facing materials. How yo will create an impact:

Yo will spport market, company, competitor, and indstry research based on clear briefs and gidance from experienced colleages.

Collect and organize information from relevant sorces, keeping track of references.

Prepare initial drafts of company overviews, short research smmaries, and simple tables or slides for review.

Help maintain research materials and share sefl findings with the team.

Try AI tools for defined tasks sch as information gathering and smmarization, sing gidance and example prompts provided by the team. Help check AI-generated information against original sorces and flag inaccracies or ncertainties for review.

Docment simple test reslts and share feedback on which tools or prompts are sefl.

Yor profile:

Crrent enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in bsiness administration, economics, bsiness informatics, knowledge management, data & analytics, or a related field.

Good written and verbal commnication skills in English (B+).

German langage skills (B1+)

Available for a minimm of hors per week between 8: and 17: CET

Initial experience with research or data analysis throgh corsework, stdent projects, or internships.

Initial exposre to AI tools sch as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, or to bsiness research databases.

Interest in bsiness research, conslting, and how AI can spport knowledge work.

A strctred, carefl approach to tasks and a willingness to learn abot new indstries and topics.

A reliable, collaborative mindset and openness to gidance and feedback.

Basic familiarity with Excel and creating presentations.
