Client Service Representative

About the role

Join our growing Kraków team and help deliver a trusted service to financial institutions around the world.

As a Client Service Representative, you will manage relationships with international clients, coordinate day-to-day service activities and work closely with colleagues across Euroclear Bank to resolve operational challenges. You'll develop expertise in client service, financial operations and stakeholder management while supporting clients active in global financial markets.

We're looking for someone who already has experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented or coordination role and is ready to take the next step in an international financial environment.

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with international clients and provide responsive, high-quality support.
• Coordinate daily client activities and ensure timely, accurate follow-up.
• Manage enquiries across different communication channels and provide clear information on services and processes.
• Resolve client issues by working closely with operations and specialist teams.
• Monitor ongoing activity and proactively identify potential risks or service issues.
• Ensure clients remain informed and supported throughout the resolution process.
• Share client feedback and contribute ideas that improve service quality and client experience.

What you bring

• Experience in client service, customer support, financial services, operations, order management or another role involving stakeholder coordination.
• A client-focused mindset and genuine interest in building professional relationships.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with different stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.
• An organised and reliable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Professional working proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, German, Spanish or French.

Experience in financial services is welcome, but not essential.
