Do you want to contribute to the client centric marketing and demand generation for UBS Asset Management's across multiple regions? Do you know how to coordinate and implement a long-term strategic marketing plan aligned with UBS Asset Management's global marketing approach and partner closely with digital, content and product marketing colleagues alongside sales and strategy counterparts?
We're looking for someone like that who will:
• Develop and implement the marketing strategy infrastructure for UBS Asset Management in collaboration with the Head of International Channel Marketing across all audiences, to support business growth objectives and lead all aspects of day-to-day implementation across marketing activities.
• Develop and implement the communication strategy and roll utilizing existing technology platforms, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Head of International Channel Marketing to track, manage, and analyze metrics related to events, campaigns, and campaign tiering.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with marketing colleagues across geographies and channels, promoting synergy and collaboration across teams.
Your team
You will be based in Wrocklaw, reporting to the Head of International Channel Marketing. You will manage and nurture one junior marketing resource based in Wroclaw. You will work closely with the global Asset Management marketing team, UBS's global brand team, and the wider sales and investment teams to deliver a distinctive brand presence and drive category leadership across our strategic priorities.
We operate effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work across multiple global locations.
Your expertise
Your experience and skills
• Minimum of 10 years' marketing experience gained in an asset management or financial services context
• Proven track record in coordinating and executing international marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of the investment industry
• Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and client-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment
• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple high-visibility projects
• Martech expertise, particularly marketing automation platforms, processes, and tools
• Impeccable character with high ethical and quality standards, gravitas, diplomacy, and drive
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous (German, Italian, French).

• Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Strong at relationship-building and confident in engaging with colleagues at all organizational levels
• An excellent communicator, demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written communication
