Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Organisation Development professional to partner with business leaders in designing and delivering strategic learning initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate workforce development, and support organisational transformation.

1. Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Design and implement leadership development programmes, learning pathways and capability-building initiatives.
3. Curate and manage learning interventions covering leadership, professional and functional development.
4. Measure programme effectiveness through learning analytics, business impact and ROI assessments.
5. Drive workforce upskilling and reskilling initiatives, including digital learning and self-directed learning solutions.
6. Partner with external agencies and training providers to maximise available funding and workforce development programmes.
7. Support employee engagement, culture and organisational development initiatives through data-driven action planning.
8. Review learning sponsorship requests and ensure alignment with business priorities and development frameworks.
9. Manage learning budgets and oversee end-to-end programme implementation with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Degree qualified with at least 7 - 8 years' experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organisation Development, Talent Development or HR Business Partnering.
2. Experience within the Financial Services or Insurance sector is highly preferred.
3. Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development and enterprise learning programmes.
4. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities with senior leaders.
5. Experience in curriculum design, learning needs analysis and programme evaluation.
6. Familiarity with employee engagement, organisational development and change management initiatives.
7. Experience managing external training providers, learning budgets and government-funded workforce development programmes will be advantageous.
8. Strong communication, facilitation and project management skills.
