Join us as a Change Consultancy Lead

  • Step into a high-impact role where you'll lead the People Function's change consultancy capability, ensuring high-quality change delivery that drives successful colleague and business outcomes
  • Ensure the function is effectively planned, resourced, and operating at peak performance
  • Play a key leadership role across the function, acting as a senior point of contact for prioritisation, escalation, and delivery performance

What you'll do

As a Change Consultancy Lead, you'll drive the effective delivery of change across the People Function, ensuring change is absorbable, well-governed, and aligned to business priorities. You'll also set and maintain standards for governance, readiness, and delivery, ensuring change is structured and delivers measurable outcomes, while taking ownership of the change consultancy capability and managing a pooled team of consultants and analysts in line with demand and strategic priorities.

Moreover, you'll ensure capacity is effectively utilised, skills are continuously developed, and delivery is consistent and high quality across all initiatives. This includes leading and developing the team, managing deployment across a diverse portfolio of change, and building strong relationships across the bank to deliver business objectives while supporting colleague development and engagement.

You'll also be:

You'll combine this with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the business.

You'll also need a strong focus on colleague experience, with the ability to align people, processes, and outcomes to deliver meaningful and sustainable improvements.

In addition, we'll expect you to have:

  • Confidence in engaging senior audiences, clearly articulating performance, risks, and outcomes
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining performance and focus
  • Strong planning and organisational capability, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and deliver practical, value-driven solutions
  • A strong collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering for the customer and supporting cross-bank priorities
  • An understanding of strategic priorities, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
