Your role

We're looking for a Client Associate to:
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team

You'll be working with a team in the Northbrook office as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in team efficiency and relationship management.

Your expertise

• ideally 5+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
• analytical and logical
• team player
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Illinois - Northbrook min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
