Role Purpose
Provide operational support across business units, covering daily processing, trade lifecycle activities, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist business areas with day-to-day operations, including trade processing, review, reporting, and issue management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration of operational processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into operations.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in a middle office function.
• Strong knowledge of Asia equities markets, ETFs, and derivatives, including equity swaps.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging front office teams and clients; Cantonese and Putonghua proficiency is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a solid risk and control mindset.
• Experience in delivering AI-driven solutions is preferred.
