• Drive project delivery to ensure milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.
• Consolidate project plans and manage dependencies across multiple work streams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and mitigation actions, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Track project budgets, actual spend, and variance analysis, ensuring effective financial governance.
• Lead monthly reporting processes across project work streams.
• Prepare steering committee and governance materials, including updates on progress, timelines, risks, issues, and financials.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 10 -15 years of project management experience gained within financial services, insurance, banking, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation, integration, or strategic change initiatives.
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
